• Providing Technical Consultation: Assisting customers in selecting the right products or services that meet their requirements and work efficiently.
• Product/Service Presentation: Explaining the details of products and how they work, and addressing any technical questions.
• Negotiation: Engaging in negotiations over pricing, delivery terms, and after-sales services.
• Technical Support: Offering post-sale support to help customers solve any technical issues or concerns they might encounter.
